Eyelid Rejuvenation (Blepharoplasty)
Cosmetic surgery to reduce excess upper eyelid skin and fat helps to revitalize the appearance of the eyes. After surgery, the "tired look" is corrected and the eyes appear more refreshed and youthful. Lower eyelid surgery is performed using a variety of techniques in order to remove puffiness and excess skin depending on the needs of the patient.
Endoscopic Forehead Lift
The Endoscopic Forehead Lift treats drooping of the brows, "tired" upper lids and deep furrows between the brows. The advantage of this approach is access to the forehead by means of small incisions hidden within the scalp, reduced bruising and more rapid recovery. Often, an endoscopic forehead lift is combined with a facelift for complete facial rejuvenation.
Liposuction and Chin Implant
Liposuction contours a heavy neck by selectively removing fat from this area.
A chin implant augments a small/receding chin in order to create a more balanced profile. Often implant surgery is combined with rhinoplasty (when indicated) in order to create improved facial harmony.
Botox® and Wrinkle Filling Agents
Botox® is a purified protein derivative used to relax the muscles which cause crows feet, frown lines and other wrinkles on the face and neck. This treatment is safe and effective and popular among younger patients as it prevents the onset of permanent wrinkles. Only FDA approved formulations from Allergen are used.
Restylane
This filling agent made of a clear hyaluronic acid gel is excellent filler injected into the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines around the nasolabial creases, tear troughs, lips/mouth, chin and cheeks. Only the FDA approved product from Medicis Aesthetics is used.
Chemical Peels/Anti-Aging Skin Care
Glycolic acid preparations of varying strengths are used to refine skin texture and resolve problems of hyperpigmentation, sun damage and acne. These superficial chemical peels yield the greatest results when done in series of four to five approximately one to two weeks apart.
For more dramatic resurfacing results, Obagi Blue TCA peels can be used. Common conditions such as sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring and skin discoloration can be greatly diminished by the use of our specialized formulations and services.

Iridex Vari-Lite Laser
This laser combines 532nm and 940 nm wavelengths of light in order to ablate fine but prominent blood vessels on the face, chest and legs. The laser also uses non ablative technology in order to effectively reduce redness of the skin associated with rosacea and abnormal pigmentation seen with excess sun exposure. Also, it is an effective treatment of unwanted brown spots typically seen on the face, chest and hands. The laser is safe for darker skin types and may be used for removal of dark unwanted facial hair. 2-3 treatments are typically required approximately four to six weeks apart.
