Plastic Surgery Practice NYC
Dr. Lee Ann M. Klausner is a native New Yorker who graduated with honors from Boston College and went to medical school at Georgetown University. She discovered her love of plastic surgery during her third year of medical school.
“During my surgical rotations I realized that I thought like a surgeon. I loved working with my hands, loved to operate and felt great satisfaction in resolving surgical conditions. I had the stamina, focus and drive. Many of my female classmates shied away from surgery because of the grueling schedule, long hours and the many years of training it entailed. For me, it was a decision that felt absolutely right and because I loved it so much, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. I knew in a deep and genuine way that it was the only thing I should be doing.”
