A 60-year-old female was bothered by recurrent excess skin on her upper eyelids. She had undergone an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess upper eyelid skin 16 years before. She underwent revision upper blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat from the upper eyelids.
