Revision Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty on 41 Year Old Woman
This patient had a history of a childhood nasal trauma which was further complicated by two nasal surgeries by other surgeons. She was seeking revision nasal surgery to straighten her nose and improve her nasal breathing. An irradiated rib cartilage graft was used to reconstruct her middle nasal vault.
