Repair of Large MOHs Defect on Forehead

This 60 year old woman came in for a MOHs defect repair, secondary to the removal of a basal cell carcinoma from her forehead that extended into her hairline. The defect was large, measuring 4cm x 3cm. The goals for the procedure were to close the defect, reconstitute the hairline, and preserve the hair in the area.
