1cm x 1cm MOHS Defect Repair
I performed a MOHs defect repair on this patient after she had undergone the removal of a basal cell carcinoma from the right lateral third of her nose which resulted in a 1cm x 1cm defect. I repaired the defect using a layered closure and an adjacent tissue transfer.
