Repair of Mohs Nasal Defect on 72 Year Old Woman with Squamous Cell Carcinoma
72 year old female with 1cm x 1cm defect on her central supranasal tip after Mohs surgery for removal of a squamous cell carcinoma. Bilateral bilobe flaps were used to close the Mohs defect and maintain structural symmetry and balance of her nose.
